Diana and Roma Show Little Oliver How to Behave: Kids’ Funny Storytime
One sunny morning, Diana and Roma noticed that their little brother Oliver had been acting a bit mischievous. He was throwing toys, refusing to share, and even drawing on the walls with crayons! Their parents were getting a little frustrated, so Diana and Roma decided to step in and teach Oliver how to behave properly—in a fun and creative way.
Chapter 1: The Manners Game
Diana and Roma gathered Oliver in the living room and announced, “We’re going to play a game called The Manners Game! It’s all about learning how to be polite and kind.”
Oliver tilted his head. “What’s the prize?”
Roma grinned. “The prize is being the best-behaved kid in the house!”
Diana set up a pretend tea party with toy cups and plates. “Okay, Oliver, let’s practice saying ‘please’ and ‘thank you.’ Can you pass me the sugar, please?”
Oliver picked up the pretend sugar bowl and handed it to Diana. “Here you go!”
“What do you say, Oliver?” Roma prompted.
“Oh! Thank you!” Oliver said with a big smile.
“Great job!” Diana said. “Now let’s practice sharing. Roma, can you share your cookies with Oliver?”
Roma pretended to hand Oliver a cookie. Oliver took it and said, “Thank you, Roma!”
“See? Being polite is easy!” Diana said.
Chapter 2: The Clean-Up Challenge
Next, Diana and Roma noticed that Oliver’s toys were scattered all over the floor. “Oliver, it’s time for the Clean-Up Challenge!” Roma announced.
“What’s that?” Oliver asked.
“It’s a race to see who can clean up the most toys in five minutes!” Diana explained. “Ready, set, GO!”
The three siblings raced around the room, picking up toys and putting them in the toy box. Oliver giggled as he tossed stuffed animals into the box, and Roma made silly sound effects every time he picked up a toy.
When the timer went off, Diana said, “Wow, Oliver! You picked up so many toys! You’re a cleaning champion!”
Oliver beamed. “Cleaning is fun when it’s a game!”
Chapter 3: The Listening Lesson
Later, Oliver was having trouble listening to his parents. Diana and Roma decided to teach him the importance of paying attention.
“Let’s play Simon Says!” Roma suggested. “It’s a game where you have to listen carefully and do what Simon says.”
Diana took the role of Simon. “Simon says, touch your nose!”
Oliver and Roma touched their noses.
“Simon says, hop on one foot!”
They hopped on one foot.
Then Diana said, “Touch your ears!” without saying “Simon says.”
Oliver touched his ears, but Roma didn’t. “Oops, Oliver! You have to wait for ‘Simon says’!” Roma said.
Oliver laughed. “I’ll listen better next time!
Chapter 4: The Kindness Contest
Diana and Roma wanted to teach Oliver about being kind to others. They decided to have a Kindness Contest to see who could do the nicest thing that day.
Oliver thought for a moment, then ran to the kitchen. He came back with a glass of water and handed it to Diana. “Here, Diana! You looked thirsty.”
“Aww, thank you, Oliver! That’s so kind!” Diana said.
Roma decided to help Oliver build a tower with his blocks, and Diana shared her favorite snack with him. By the end of the day, everyone was smiling and feeling happy.
“Being kind is the best!” Oliver said.
Chapter 5: The Superstar Behavior Chart
To keep track of Oliver’s progress, Diana and Roma made a Superstar Behavior Chart. Every time Oliver used his manners, cleaned up, listened, or did something kind, he got a star sticker.
“If you get ten stars, you get a special prize!” Roma said.
Oliver worked hard to earn his stars. He said “please” and “thank you,” helped clean up, and even shared his favorite toy with Roma. When he reached ten stars, Diana and Roma gave him a small toy car as a reward.
“You’re a superstar, Oliver!” Diana said.
Oliver hugged his new toy car. “I like behaving! It’s fun!”
The Grand Finale: A Well-Behaved Family
That evening, their parents noticed how well Oliver was behaving. “Wow, Oliver! You’ve been so polite and helpful today,” their mom said.
“Diana and Roma taught me how!” Oliver said proudly.
Their dad smiled. “Great job, team! I’m proud of all of you.”
Diana and Roma high-fived Oliver. “We make a great team,” Diana said.
Oliver grinned. “And now I’m the best-behaved kid in the house!”
From that day on, Oliver tried his best to behave, and Diana and Roma were always there to remind him how to be a superstar.
